Great condition with FACTORY UPGRADES AND LOTS OF EXTRAS! This dual suite model is great for families, with a large living room, u-shaped kitchen, loft, and lots of storage. Master queen bed, rear suite has twin bunks, fold-out couch in living room, and loft for additional sleeping or storage space. This model has the upgraded solid surface countertops in kitchen and bathrooms and three exterior front storage compartments.

This has been a great RV and has not needed any warranty services. However, a transferrable full-coverage extended warranty (over $5,000 value) is available and negotiable with sale for the new owner's peace of mind.

-MORryde Independent Suspension 8k (increased GVWR to 19000 lbs, 3584 lbs cargo capacity)

-Electric over hydraulic disc brakes

-Substantial Solar Package: 24v Victron Multiplus 2 3000 inverter, all Victron components, 7-inch GX touch screen control panel inside, 1250 watts solar panels, Lithium LiFePO4 Battery bank 460ah (equivalent to 920ah 12v), plus room remaining for double the system if desired

-Soft starts on all three A/C. Inverter and batteries can run two A/Cs at once with no issue

-Heavy glass shower door replaced with Nautilus retracting door

-Rear full bed replaced with twin bunk bed. New in box mattresses provided

-RV Lock keypad door latch and extension handles inside and out

-Extra sewer hose storage tube under frame

-Gate valves on sewer connections
