Thank you for taking the time to check out my ad. I am the second owner of this motor home. When not in use, it was stored inside in an enclosed garage. This motor home was built in December of 2018 and was sent to the dealership in January of 2019. This means this unit was built before the COVID shutdown when the plant was operating in its normal capacity. I had a licensed surveyor survey the motor home when I purchased it a little over a year ago and he graded it as a A++ (like new). There were only four issues found, the LP, CO and Smoke detectors were out of date and have been replaced. (page 30 and 31 on the survey). The surveyor discovered a propane line that had been rubbing on the drive shaft so I took the motor home to Transwest to replace the hose but they could not get the hose removed from the manifold so the motor home has all new hoses and manifold and gas valve. While it was there, I had the tires inspected and rotated, and the brakes inspected. New AGM batteries in 2023. New main engine air filter. Chassis inspected and lubed. While doing the work a hydraulic line to the front leveling jack was very close to the exhaust heat shield so this was disconnected and rerouted and secured. As we all know, after five years all of the cheep vinyl on the interior furniture starts flaking off and mine was no exception so I had all the interior furniture reupholstered with a very good vinyl fabric three months ago. In conclusion, this motor home is in better than new condition and is ready to immediately start your adventure. It's full of gas and ready to go. I also have a 2003 Jeep TJ Sport that will be sold separately if you are looking for a tow vehicle. The only reason I am selling is I have 80+ year old knees and it is a lot for one person to do. (I travel by myself). A time comes when we realize things we used to do easily become challenging. This motor home is immaculate and you will be hard pressed to find anything wrong. I was a yacht captain for thirty years and everything has to be in perfect condition. I have a month long trip planned for this summer so the mileage might be more than what is shown in this ad.
