This RV may be older but was built when quality truly mattered. Solid wood cabinetry, tile floors, high density carpeting, leather captains chairs and all the regular amenities of home. Tons of storage in all rooms. Wash/dryer combo unit, neo shower with glass enclosure and skylight for extra head room, foot flush toilet (there are two cracks in the tile closest to the toilet) Corian counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom that will last a lifetime, are easy to clean and durable for anything you need to do. Pleated shades throughout the coach provide quiet window coverings. It has two roof AC units providing ample cooling in the hottest times of the year. A norcold refrigerator with matching solid wood insert to blend with the kitchen cabinets. No curtain doors all doors are solid pocket type doors, easy to use & clean. Roof vents have been upgraded to fantastic fans which give you twice the air movements as the standard. All exterior awnings match the coach beautifully and have metal weather shield protectors keeping them in excellent shape. Each window also has matching awnings. Entry door also has a matching awning as well. Theres a larger 10 gal water heater by atwood, 50 amp power service, sewer tank system flush, Onan 7.5kw diesel generator, class III hitch by reese for towing, CB radio. Coach is equipped with a back up camera but it has its quirks with its age. It works once it warms up but not at first turn on, the dash AC does need recharged. Leveling jacks function and retract but due to age we would recommend new springs to help them function better. Overall this coach is in great shape and road ready it's being sold as is but It's been well cared for over the years.
