I am the second owner for this rig; bought it in 2016 and completely renovated the interior for working/traveling remote. I just recently retired. I am selling FAR below book value because I will be moving overseas end of May and need to get this sold fast! I am living in the rig until I move. I will be available for possession May 28.

What it NEEDS:

A new fuel pump; the original one (1998) finally quit in the last 4-5 months. We tested the engine and added new gasoline as well as installed a new oil filter end of March. The engine is fine - it just isn't getting enough fuel to run. A new fuel pump for this rig is $150-200 per searches of internet and local auto parts stores. The labor estimates run locally at $200-600. There are two ways to do this: 1. cut a hole in the plywood floor in the underbed storage and then add a new floor section to cover, or 2. drop the gas tank. The latter is of course the more labor-intensive option. I can have the rig towed to a repair facility approved by CoachNet.

The RV sales price reflects the need to get the fuel pump replaced to get her back on the road.

HVAC ducting upgraded a few years ago in a renovation to make the dinette into a workspace with a mechanical stand/sit desk.

Sleeper "twin plus" loveseat with inputs for USB and electronics.

Custom dining table that sits above the engine doghouse to use the cockpit as the dining area. Includes all furnishings and dishes/pots, etc. Removable/stowable for travel.

Complete turnkey to move in or take out on the road.

Entertainment: 40" VIZIO HD flatscreen in main cabin and NEW 24" VIZIO ceiling mount in BR. Exterior wall has a flat/low-profile mount for an external TV to watch outside if so desire.
