Pop-Up Camper in Pristine Condition

This 2022 Forest River 1940F pop up camper was purchased in Spring 2023 and has only been used six times for a few day trips each. I adore it, but for personal reasons can no longer keep it.

This pop-up camper is in excellent shape and has been meticulously cared for. It comes with the original rooftop A/C, offering comfort during hot days, and solar panels that provide added freedom for off-grid camping and boondocking. The camper has been covered every day it’s been parked at my home and has been professionally winterized for both winters I’ve owned it. Inside, I’ve always kept rugs down to protect the floors.

A trusted RV professional who winterized it each year has confirmed that this camper is in pristine condition. The only issues are minor: the cover for the two gas tanks flew off on the interstate, and there’s a slight rub mark on one inside drawer from my tote during travel. Additionally, the foam on the handle to enter the camper is a little ripped, but it’s purely cosmetic. The roof has been sealed with a high-quality mold and mildew sealant ($1000 extra investment included upon purchase), providing added protection.
