Hello, thank you for your interest in our camper. This camper has provided us with many wonderful memories and has been fantastic. Were only selling it because weve outgrown it and are upgrading to something larger. I understand the list price may be above average for this model; however, it includes several upgrades and modifications. Please review the following list:

The Schwank slide system has been replaced with a Vroom system. This camper model is highly prone to Schwank slide system failures, which cost around $2,500 to repair. We opted for the reliable Vroom system, and it has performed flawlessly.

Brand-new AGM batteries are included.

We chose this model for its Murphy bed, but we found we never used it. After replacing the terribly uncomfortable stock mattress with a one-piece mattress, folding the bed up became impractical. So, we removed the couch and converted the space into additional storage.

The entire awning was replaced in November. I accidentally caught the original awning on a tree, bending the arms beyond repair. There was no structural damage to the camper, and the new awning was bolted into the original mounting points without issues.

Kitchenette remodel: The original design offered almost no counter space. We installed a butcher block countertop, a smaller sink, and a two-burner stove to create more usable counter space.

The trim around the dinette is now real wood.

All walls and cabinetry have been sanded and repainted.

All cabinet and drawer handles have been replaced. The originals would strip out or snag our skin as we walked by.

Window treatments have been upgraded to curtains.

Most drawer slides have been replaced and secured with through screws and nuts. The original slides used tiny screws that would fall out, damaging the bearings.

All overhead LED lights have been upgraded to dimmable white/blue lights.

The shower controls and spray head have been replaced.

A water line heating element now runs along all lines, starting at the fresh tank and warming nearly all water lines to prevent freezing during cold-weather camping. It requires shore power to operate.

Keyless RV lock.
