Like new inside! Everything works, No leaks, No dents, no accidents, clean title, NEVER USED the shower, toilet, or appliances so they are all like brand new! Electric appliances, gas stove, wired for Zamp Solar, has 2 propane full tanks, frig/freezer, microwave, stereo, TV, electric awning, air conditioner, bathroom has separate shower & toilet, plenty of storage throughout, sleeps 5-6 with bunk beds, queen bed, and dining area converts to bed, full sized alloy wheels, plenty of tread on tires, the only time we ever had it on the road was to haul it home and it towed great. We bought it for an occasional spare room for guests but never used it for anything else. The only time it was on the road was when we hauled it home. Its only flaw is faded paint on one side but could be polished up. We never got around to using it for camping, so it's like new inside and ready for a new home where it will get more use.
