Motorhome is in very good condition with all systems working properly. No leaks or water damage. Interior is very clean and all original. New tires in 2024. A/C unit replaced in 2022 with Dometic Penguin II including new thermostat. Rear Sumo shocks installed in 2022. Black tank replaced with a new one obtained from Lazy Daze. All batteries replaced recently. All roof vent covers replaced in 2021. Equipped with HWH levelers and attached landing pads. Awning is in good working order. Also available is a 2008 Saturn Vue all set up to tow with Roadmaster front sway control tow bar. Located in Cincinnati, OH and stored indoors. All bedding, dishes, hoses, etc. included. Ready to go camping- just add food and clothes! Transfer will have to happen at our local credit union. We bought the Lazy Daze in 2021 and are selling due to health reasons.
