This RV is in very good condition for a 1999 and it is very luxurious. It has the Cummins diesel engine that typically runs 300-500k. This RV sold for nearly $200K new (which would be ~$350k today). No issues mechanically. It was recently driven from Washington State to Arkansas. It shows normal wear and tear for it's age.
