2021 Winnebago Micro Minnie 1800BH. Has some options such as the off-road package (can't remember what it was called) plus it has manufacturer installed solar panel. Also comes with the ball hitch, sway bars, and everything else you need to get it going.

The trailer has been used very little. No more than 7-8 trips and potentially 5,000 miles max.
The layout has a full size bed up front, bunk beds for kids in the corner, plus the table can be converted to another full size bed.
I have replaced the primary mattress with very comfortable alternative mattress.
I am the original owner and has been used with our family for a few years. Great sized trailer that can fit in standard camping spots, which is why we liked this size (it's the maximum that can fit in a standard campsite.

The interior is in excellent condition. Practically new condition. The exterior generally is in good condition.

There are 3 issues that should be repaired but I prefer to sell as is so I'm disclosing them here. I have reduced the listing price to allow for these repairs to be done.
1. There is minor body damage in the back corner. Minor dent plus the rubber flashing should be replaced there as it pulled out a bit. Including photos.
2. The tongue jack button fell off. It's still usable but a bit annoying and if I was keeping I'd repair it.
3. I removed the insulation from the front underbody as some water had gotten into it. There is no current leak or any water issues.
