This Forest River is a 33', well maintained, with clean trailer title. I am retiring from camping, just getting to old. I am the 2nd owner of 4 years, purchased in 2020 and have added several creature comforts for long term camping. Everything is in good repair, and all works. It's an "all season" well insulated with heated tanks for winter camping, or snow birding, we have winter camped in Arkansas and Kansas and was very comfortable. It has full around outside window canopies (new), which is a big deal when sun camping (10-15 deg diff). Needed these while camping western Oklahoma, and Kansas. Rigged with 2-500amp battery pack with solar charging for you boon-dockers. Tires are three years old and still have a lot of miles left. New ceramic toilet (make wife happy),and Backup camera. All the tank/water hoses and supporting equipment, portable waste water tank come with the trailer, all you need do is load food, and go.

I am pulling with a 2012 Silverado, 1500 LT, 5.3L w/ tow package. This trailer tracks, and pulls very nicely, even at high speeds. I have pulled through the Arkansas hills, and two oceans with no problems. This is a good reliable and comfortable unit with lots of life left her.
