We are selling our R-Pod because we are moving soon and will not be taking it with us. It has the Lexan front window and entry door so no glass breakage fear. It will come with everything you need to hook up and go straight to the campsite. This will include cookware, dinnerware, bed sheets for the queen bed. Included storage bins for the cabinets. 6 Turkish bath towels. We upgraded the murphy bed to be able to see out the front window when the bed it in the stored position and added an upgraded trifold mattress. We added battery powered puck lights for the under storage. It also comes with the weight distribution hitch. The electrical pigtail has been changed out to a coiled cord. There are not rips or tears on the roof. 10 Ply tires including spare. Surge protector, 15 Gal honey wagon, wheel chocks, leveling chock, bottle jack, tongue lock.
