We are the second owners of this 5th wheel and purchased it in the spring of 2024. The original owners were from Texas. They kept the unit stored in Arizona in a temperature controlled indoor storage and spent winter vacations in Arizona. When we purchased the 5th wheel, it had the original tires on it. At ten years old they looked like they had never been on the road! We purchased it, had the bearings packed, breaks checked, 4 new tires and spare installed (all with full road hazard warranty). We replaced all furniture, the fireplace, carpet, added luxury vinyl flooring, new AC, new high definition digital antenna, and a new HD rear view camera. The factory roof was in great condition with no evidence of water penetration but it was stained from 10 years in the Arizona dust. In the fall of 2024 we had a new, Dicor, DiFlex II TPO roof membrane professionally installed (20 year warranty). At the same time we had it professionally detailed with a ceramic coating. The exterior was already in show room condition and we store it in our temperature controlled RV garage but we wanted to protect the full body paint while on our road trips. We have put just under 5000 miles on the tires since purchasing. In summary, this 5th wheel is in show room condition. The linked video is the same model and year as ours. The salesman does a great job of reviewing and proving the quality that Heartland builds into the Landmark which is their top of the line. Its well worth watching. He discusses the frame, axles, suspension, and breaks in a complete walk through. Ours was ordered with the Onan 5500 ultra quiet propane generator ($10,000 add) with 182 hours on it. This generator will run both AC units, fireplace, microwave and all appliances quietly and effortlessly. It is extremely fuel efficient with the propane. It also has the storage slide tray in the basement. It comes with the Andersen Ultimate 5th wheel connection (3221 TBX) including the chain kit. This is an excellent hitch that you can install or remove in minutes and lift in and out of your truck with one hand. I am 68 years old and have been towing heavy trailers for 40 years. This trailer pulls straight, level and true. I have been purchasing quality preowned RVs for over 25 years. I pull with a 2020 Ram HD 3500 with the HO Cummins Aisin transmission. I am also selling this truck if your are interested. After years of pulling trailers my wife and I have decided to move to a motor home and do more road trips over the next 5 years. Otherwise we would not be selling this 5th wheel after investing all the time, money and effort into perfecting it. This Key Largo shows better than the pics.
