2010 Class C Jayco Greyhawk 31FK Ford E-Series 450 gasoline . It is 32 feet from bumper to bumper, only has 45,706 miles (added an additional 30 miles as we drove it to get smogged and back and to get repaired and back home). We originally bought the RV to have for emergency evacuations for wildfires but thankfully we never had to use it. We recently bought a newer RV.

INSIDE THE RV

We just put in a new jackknife style couch as the previous owners had put in a blue couch that did not match nor did it go into a bed. The master has a queen bed with original comforter that came from the RV manufacturer. The bed above the cab is a queen but there is no ladder for this bed. The dinette goes into a bed as well. There is a long drawer that comes out for storage under each bench seat. It has two TVs with the remotes and a dvd player in the living room area. There is some wear and tear on the pu leather on the dinette and captain chairs as this material is really thin. The previous owner put leather repair patches on these spots. We bought brand new seat and arm rest covers for the captain chairs. The bathroom and shower are a nice size for a larger person as we had no issues when we tested the area out.

OUTSIDE THE RV

It is in great condition and there has been no accidents and the engine runs great. When we bought the RV from the previous owners they said the awning will eventually need replacing in a couple of years but we have never opened it. The generator works and has low hours. It has a grill that hooks to the side of the RV. It has lots of storage and comes with lego blocks and a new surge protector for full camping hookups. The tires are good and have plenty of tread left. It does not have automatic leveling jacks. Everything is in working order. And it has a backup camera and gps.

MAINTENANCE

We just had it smogged if your state requires it. We just had the stairs motor replaced going into the RV so they are automatic again. We also had some engine wiring replaced as the previous owner had the wiring too tight which caused the wiring to have contact issues causing the vehicle ignition to start when it wanted to. And we put in a new battery. The RV has paperwork showing each maintenance completed.
