The trailer was purchased new from Lazydays Tampa on 11-7-2024. It was delivered from the dealer and has never moved. I was living in the trailer after the hurricanes last summer. The toilet and shower are unused as I was using the bathroom in the house. I am selling now because I have moved from the hurricane zone. The trailer is in very good condition, I was the only one living in the trailer. I moved out of the trailer and fully cleaned it the weekend of March 8th.

The bed has been replaced with a nice foam one from amazon. The stove and oven work very well with an overhead microwave. The fridge and freezer work very well. The couch is comfortable and has LED lighting, heat, and a vibrating massager. The tv works great and is a smart TV. Tankless hot water heater is nice. I have had ZERO problems with any system on the trailer.

It will come with a smart 30 amp surge protector and power cord, water pressure regulator with hose, about 35 feet of new unused sewer line, anti-sway trailer hitch is installed, spare water hose, and some other goods I purchased with the trailer.

I have a clean Florida title in hand. It has a full warranty on all systems until November 2025 then 2 more years of major stuff warranty. The trailer is like new. I used it to sleep and eat in while working on that house it is parked in front of. I have left the hurricane zone and do not want to keep the trailer. Someone will get a very nice trailer at a good deal. I have over $44,000.00 invested in the trailer.
