RV Description
This is an early 2020 build which was pre-covid. Here's what I love about this floor plan specifically:
Kids get their own room which completely closes off. The beds can also be removed to create an office for mobile work.
Passenger side slide is pushed all the way to the back to allow an uninterrupted 18' awning which covers LP connection, hose, and entryway.
Kitchen island prevents people from getting stuck in the galley when crowded. Same with the passthrough of the spare bedroom.
Master bed has real night stands
Modifications include:
9 Stage Reverse Osmosis water system with two taps; one at kitchen sink and one in outside fridge cubby. You never know the quality of water at campgrounds, this seems like a must have to me. Includes UV light sterilizer and remineralizer. This gives you unlimited amazing quality water.
Bidet. Love them or hate them, it's tough to find one that fits a camper toilet. Easy to remove if you don't want it.
Replaced theater seating with futon. No one tells you this until you look it up: the cheap theater seating that comes with campers has a touch sensitive seat heat button. The material used on the couch is heat sensitive and begins peeling/flaking off as a result of short term casual use. The futon fulfils the 5th sleeper criteria and is much more comfortable with storage space below.
Booth seating was replaced with small dining room table. The default bench makes it difficult for more than 2 people to sit at a time, the cushions slide away while sitting, the table wobbles and scratches easily, and the entire bench has to be disassembled to access storage. The cushions to convert it to a bed waste storage space. The dining room table allows access to each seat and can be moved by the kitchen island for more counter space, or to the futon. The dining room feels much more open this way.
Bottom bunk bed braced better to support much more weight and allow full usage of storage space below.
Removed carpeted steps and built new steps with storage below. Blows my mind it's not standard to include shoe storage space here. The false wood of the original steps is just fiber board with a wood grain sticker on them. I installed real wood treds.
All three TV locations have fully articulating mounts installed with storage straps attached and smart TVs installed.
Haloview reverse camera mounted in back with antenna mounted on front AC unit. Major improvement over furion cameras, zero lag and far better image quality.
Sun reflecting tint added to every window. Makes a tremendous difference keeping the heat out and makes it much harder to see in from the outside. No more unintended communal movie nights.
Roof was just completely redone. Everything works as it should and it's in great condition. Everything needed for camping and use will be included if you'd like. (Septic hose, power cord, water hose, etc)
