Used for 8 camping trips by adults only - never camped with kids.  The TV, radio, CD player, air conditioner, oven, interior/exterior speakers with surround sound, exterior gas grill, heated mattress pad, bedspread and matching pillow shams are all new and never used.  The fireplace was used 3 times.  This is a true gem!  comes with owner's manuals.  Keep in mind this unit was pre-COVID built, when the quality was still there.  bought new, then COVID kept us home and we didn't have our maiden voyage until April 2022.  We replaced the tires with quality Endurance tires, including the spare, due to known issues with the ones that came with the trailer.  We then purchased tire covers to protect them from the sun.  The stabilizer jacks have also been upgraded, and we use them with a cordless screwdriver bit  making it a breeze to lower and lift them.  Trailer has been covered with a winter cover, which we are including.  The trailer offers lots of storage with a closet in the kitchen, with a light, along with cabinetry, bathroom has a medicine cabinet and storage in vanity as well as a storage cabinet.  Bedroom has a bumpout closet, which is priceless and then overhead storage and storage under the bed, along with 3 drawers..  The bedroom even offers a sliding door.  The dinette, which is a bump out, converts to a full size bed.  Trailer sleeps 3, but it could accommodate 4, if 2 small children were on the dinette.  The 2 mattresses were always covered with a mattress pad protector.  Domestic fridge runs on electric and propane.  Kitchen has a microwave, 3 burner gas stove, and an oven.  The 2 powered bumpouts have protective awnings, which were an added option.  The bathroom has a shower, with a sky light, which is awesome for natural light.  The trailer also has 2 MaxAir fans, which were an added option, and they make a world of difference in terms of comfort.  We even purchased the GoPower portable solar panel so we could boondock/dry camp.    Power 19' awning offers LED lighting.  Outdoor cargo carrying capacity is 1,680 lbs.  Fresh water capacity is 58 gallons.  Gray water capacity is 60 gallons.  Black water capacity is 30 gallons.  The holding tanks are heated so you can cold weather camp.  The hitch is an upgraded hitch.  2 LP tanks, with cover.  Just washed and waxed - looks like it just came out of the show room.  Impeccably maintained.  Must see to appreciate this gem.  It retailed for over $35,000, then we upgraded the hitch, tires, tire covers, winter cover, stabilizer jacks, solar panel.
