We have loved and cared for this little camper and it is in excellent like new condition. Everything works as it should. Our purchase price was $17, 995 in April 2021. We especially love the huge refrigerator, the 3-burner stove and oven, and the oversized closet in the large bathroom. The AC runs very cold and kept us nice and cool in 100+ degree temps in Waco, TX last summer. The Coleman furnace functions perfectly and kept us warm and toasty. The queen size mattress is in like new condition but is not optimal for comfort. We added a 4 inch mattress topper for our personal choice (not included). There is storage under the bed and roomy closets as well. In addition, you can close the sliding bedroom door for privacy. There is ample storage throughout, including under the couch in the main area and under both dinette bench seats.

The 14-foot awning is electric and has been meticulously maintained, see photo. The window shades work as they should and keep the sun out nicely! There is absolutely nothing wrong with this camper and we think you will love it as we have.
