Positive features on the inside: All items are in working order. Two new twin mattresses in back w covers and sheets. New full mattress up front. The rooftop AC was replaced, and the roof was resealed 6 months ago. I have an internet-capable Sony TV installed with digital bunny ears just in case.

Customizations and upgrades to the outside include: 1) a full size three burner propane grill with side burner and 15lb tank mounted to the rear bumper, 2) a 7500 watt generator on stand mounted to the front of the unit, 3) double the normal capacity with two 30lb propane tanks, 4) four new heavy duty tires (G Load Rating, not the weak ones sold with new campers that will blow out) with two matching spares and a four way wrench.

This unit has all the items normally considered extra: two sections of black water hose & fittings, an additional 25 ft of power cable and generator adapter, and two 25-foot sections of city water hose.
