Our 2017 AS Flying Cloud FBQ 25’ trailer is in like new condition with the original bed coverings and AS decorative pillows that have never been used included. Two sets of short queen sheets and a mattress pad are also included. The trailer has been kept in an RV garage at our home when not in use. Included with the trailer are all the outside hoses for sewer and water and storage containers for the hoses, RV outdoor rug, RV surger protector, 30/50 amp connection, television satellite, two televisions, Blue Ray DVD player, and rear view camera.  The trailer also has a weight distribution equalizer hitch included. 
The trailer tires are original and have been covered when not in use, and have less than 6000 miles on them. The trailer features two Dometic AC units, which are a must for camping in the south in the summer.  Heat is supplied via a furnace or heat pump. While the interior is spacious and roomy for two adults , it is designed to comfortably sleep 6. 
The kitchen has a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment which work beautifully. Stove, oven, and plenty of storage space for all the essentials. The bathroom is spacious and designed with two privacy screens to insure privacy when moving from the sink/ toilet side to the shower and for dressing. There are two closets, several drawers, overhead bins, and easily accessible under bed storage. 

The current price range for a new 2025 Flying Cloud is around $117,000 - $123,000+ depending on the location and options. This trailer is a real value at this price considering its provenance in ownership and maintenance. 

This trailer is more than just nice. Even inside on a rainy day, the abundance of panoramic windows and skylight allow you to bring the outdoors inside. While 
it is spacious enough and comfortable, it is also small enough to fit into any National Park. It is easy to camp with full hook ups, but also has the capacity to dry camp for several days.  We are sorry that our camping days had to come to a halt, but the primary driver has suffered severe vision loss and is no longer able to drive.
