2005 Monaco Dynasty Platinum IV

Luxury motor home with 8.9L Cummins ISL 400 horsepower engine with a six speed Allison transmission and 85,400 miles. Coach has 4 slides, tag axle, Aqua Hot diesel heating, Onan 8000 diesel generator with 2,730 hours, Air ride suspension and leveling, Michelin tires with September 2019 date code, one piece fiberglass roof.

Many people very familiar with Monaco motorhomes believe 2005 to be amongst the very best years of Monacos quality and production. This is a non-smoking coach with no kids or pets, very clean and shows very well. Everything works as it should except Splendide washer/dryer combination, (outside vented), has an F5 fault error code.

Inside features solid cherry woodwork, updated flooring, Corian hard surface counter tops, leather hide a bed sofa with extra air mattress for added comfort and leather jack knife sofa, smart TV, updated LED lighting, rear suite has a king size Sleep Number King bed mattress and new smart tv. Coach sleeps 5 or possibly 6.

The coach is always garaged when not in use and is in very good condition inside and out. I would rate the coach a solid 8 on a 10 scale, certainly not new or as new, but in very good condition, showing it has been well cared for and loved.

New chassis batteries December 2024, new house batteries January 2025, new front air conditioner 2022, new rear air conditioner 2023, engine and generator serviced December 2024, Aqua Hot serviced February 2025. Motorhome is professionally serviced annually.
