We've treated this trailer like we do everything we own.with the utmost care and upkeep. The beds have not been slept in because we purchased memory foam and cut them to size prior to using the space. The three-four long trips we took with our family of six were comfortable and memorable. We're looking to downsize as our oldest boys are shortly moving out on their own. The nice thing about purchasing this gently-loved unit is we've identified and addressed the subtle tweaks needed to get the trailer into ideal overnight/travel condition from the dealer. The annual registration was just paid through 2026.

The TVs are not included (but we will leave the mounts installed for your ease of replacement if you want). We will keep the weight distributing hitch unless you need it. Our intent is to transfer this trailer to you in the state it was in when we took it off the lot last year.

The tankless water heater is a dream.especially on full hook ups, of course. The large slideout is ideal for a larger family (or provides a ton of space/comfort for a smaller one), and the ability to have more room for the couch/bed or the dinette is a true luxury. The six of us were able to spread out for movie night in front of the 55 inch TV on a swivel mount. The single AC unit was able to keep up on even the hottest Texas (and Tennessee) days. The electric fireplace/heater provided nice ambiance and generally kept trailer warm enough in the subfreezing winter to not even need to use propane. The quick-leveling feet work quickly (one of them has some damage, but operates fine every time we use it). The outdoor stove with griddle has not been used. The outdoor fridge works great as do all the interior appliances. The low point drains make the trailer super easy to winterize without using anti-freeze. There's a built-in solar panel on the roof and there's been no exposure to hail.
