Included with sale: Centerline WDH (weight distribution hitch), sewage setup (hose and attachments, hose holder, gloves, pods, and cleaner) heated water hose (~$100) for cold nights, regular water hose with a regulator, water filters, power cord w/ surge protector, outdoor attachable grill with a table (slides into the side of the trailer), leveling kit, stabilizer pads, outdoor shower, mini air fryer, toaster, mini waffle maker, kettle, pots and pans.

Everything works, no plumbing or electric issues. Brakes and tires are good as well.

We took this cross-country and it did great! Selling because we do not use this anymore. Everything is ready to go camp today! Towable with an SUV; we had a 4Runner with an electronic brake controller (Red Arc) installed for reference.
