It is priced well below market value because of the following needed improvements. My family has gotten many great trips out of this unit and as I prepare to send one away to college, we have simply moved out of this phase/size trailer. I am posting this early with full transparency in the event a buyer wants a great value and prefers to pick their choices for the following repairs. If I put any money into it to help the listing, the price will go up.

Needs new couch or seating (there is none)

Refrigerator is giving an error code and does not work (L1 OP)

Small area of soft wood in the basement where the water connection is made (appx. 2'x2')

I believe this is priced well for anyone wanting to put some effort in or wants more trailer for their money, so please don't waste our time trying to low ball any other offers.
