RV Description
This 2017 Forest River Clipper Classic pop up camper is a fixer upper. Some stitching on the canvas has popped, and a few zippers don't work. There are stains on the canvas. It needs a new shower curtain. There is a leak around the air conditioner. There is cosmetic water damage on the cabinet outside of the refrigerator, from the water leak in the air conditioner on the roof. It needs a new awning.
On the other hand, this camper has new tires, a 20 lb. propane bottle, a new electrical system, two heated king-sized beds that slide out, a working furnace, a 13.5 BTU air conditioner, and an inside shower and toilet. There is a slide-out dining area. It has an excellent sound system, with A/M F/M, Bluetooth, and exterior and interior speakers. It is solar compatible.
Closed up, it is 22 feet in length, and 8 feet wide. It fits into a standard sized campsite. It can carry a 3625 lb. load and weighs 2,439 lbs. It has a trailer with electrical brakes. It has a spare tire, a stove, sink, and a refrigerator. We have added a soap dispenser, a water filter, a pull bar on the inside of the door, and loops for towels. It has a supersized sliding storage trunk, and plenty of storage space.
Due to our age and health, we are selling this camper "as is", and are looking for a reasonable offer to move it as soon as possible.
