Maxxair vent covers on both roof vents.

Kitchen island, 2 recliners, fold out couch with ottoman. Dining table with 4 chairs. 10-gallon propane/electric water heater, whole rv water filter. Slide toppers on all 3 slides, power awning with LED, Electric leveling jacks. 2 30lb propane tanks. Generator prepped for a gas generator. Ceiling fan in living room. Washer/dryer hookup. We are currently full time, and this has been a great RV, we just need something with a bunk house/office for work. When parked RV is set up with tires off the ground to keep from flat spotting and reducing the possibility of a blowout. Has spare tire and an outside grill connection. 75 gallons water 50-gallon black tank 2 gray tanks, one 50 one 38 gallons. Heated and enclosed underbelly. Have Good Sam transferable protection plan.

Refrigerator cooling unit has been replaced, Rear AC has been replaced. Furnace blower motor has been replaced, and blower fan has been upgraded to metal wheel from the original plastic one. All roof seams and penetrations resealed this year. Have surge protector, sewer and water hoses included and tire and AC covers. We kept all furniture and carpets covered to minimize wear. Currently stored. We upgraded to a North Point 377 RLBH.
