Used 2011 FOREST RIVER ROCKWOOD ROO 21SS for sale

She may be older but still has a lot of good camping years left! Sleeps 6, 2 queen size fold out beds, dinette that can sleep 2 along with a jackknife sofa. 1 large slide that holds the sofa and dinette.

Features include;

-Newer tires 5/2022

-45 point inspection, reseal on roof and caulking 3/2020

-Furnace, AC, water pump, slide, microwave, gas 3 burner stove and oven, gas/electric refrigerator and freezer, large bathroom vent fan, gas water heater, heated mattresses, outside shower all in good working order

fold out bed canvas and window screens are in great shape, no rips or tears, just general wear and tear

small Samsung tv and large outdoor carpet included

The Cons-

water system is in good working order but there is a leak under the kitchen faucet when the pump is left on and there is a leak at the bathroom faucet. Could be fixed or faucets replaced

There was a water leak in the front bed. Hybrid campers are notorious for bed leaking. We caught this in time, replaced the gasket strip around the bed and reinforced the clamps that hold the bed end in place creating a tighter seal. There is some deflamation on the bottom of the bed by the hinge and some damage to the wood on the inside of the bed. ( see picture). It does not interfere with the use of the bed and is dry now. It hasn’t leaked since and it could be repaired or the bed door replaced. No soft spots in the floor and no roof leaks

The awning has sun/ weather damage at the exposed area and will probably need to be replaced

The factory installed DVD player does not work
