This trailer comes with a 6-point leveling system, two air conditioners, generator prep, extra large storage in rear with pull out tray, two awnings with LEDs, washer/dryer prep in bedroom, window shades, real wood interior, solid counter tops, and much more. Inside features a large bedroom area in the rear with a Olympic Queen bed (mattress missing). Large full bathroom has a spacious shower with multi jets. In the middle is the kitchen with island, a large residential refrigerator, very large pantry and a dining table for four (missing chairs). The trailer has a Florida Rebuildable Title due to roof water damage. Trailer was not in a flood, has a dry rot on the roof near Winegard antenna, it appears that tree branch made small holes in roof that was unattended and caused dry rot damage. Roof in this area is soft, leak was repaired and can be left as is. Trailer is now located in Sacramento California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs. This trailer was over 130,000 when new, have it for a large discount.

Trailer is sold AS-IS, All California Buyer must pay sales tax, varies by residence.
