2020 Forest River Wildwood Heritage Glen Edition Fifth Wheel: One Owner

This beautiful fifth wheel is both stylish and luxurious. It has served my family well over the last few years. This Camper has primarily been stationary and has less the 300 miles over the road. My family of six have seasonally occupied this camper and it was both comfortable and functional for all of our needs. The time has come for a new owner.

Condition:

This unit is very clean and completely functional, All systems and features are working with the small exception of slight wear and tear and slight cosmetic damage. This includes a few corners or trim pieces with slight damage and one small corner of a sofa. These will be shown or disclosed. It is repairable with little to no financial setback. This just didn't really matter to me enough to complete these small repairs.

The furnace will likely need a new ignition part. I have not used it while I've owned it as I did not have a need however: I will be diagnosing this and getting this repaired for the new owner. Whatever it takes, the furnace will be operable and functional at time of sale. (unless otherwise negotiated)

Features:

This floor plan is very functional for families as it offers Two bedrooms, a loft and plenty of comfortable sleeping space. It was ideal for providing private and functional space for children and adults. Here are a list of features I quickly grew to love as we occupied this large Fifth Wheel.

Very Functional Master Bedroom with large closet, and a bookcase built in. As parents we appreciated the separation from the children who primarily stayed in the other side.

A memory recall to hitch up, it will automatically raise to the perfect height of your truck for easy hitching. (i never used this feature as I rarely moved it) but hey its a cool feature.

This unit will come with nearly everything that is needed for normal and routing operation.

I have the title available upon purchase. The unit is very clean and show ready, it is not hooked up to water at this time: however I am willing to hook it all up as this will be necessary to confirm all systems are functional, Leak Free, and Ready for use.

This unit will be shown by appointment: It is located between Durango and Bayfield CO.

I do have an optional fifth wheel hitch available for a ram style puck system if interested, and if you are interested in a Ram 3500 Tradesman to pull it, this can also be discussed. Just mention it to me.
