For sale by original owner in Southern Indiana.   We enjoyed the many unique couples coach features including separate front bedroom with queen size pillow top mattress, plentiful overhead storage and wardrobe closets, bathroom in the rear with large shower featuring tempered glass sliding door verses a cramped corner shower and a plenty of additional storage instead of a bunkbed.  The U shaped dinette over the slide out made into a second bed for our adult kids and other relatives. The unit features a tall 81 inches ceiling and large comfortable 12 x 12 center living space.  The unit features a nice kitchen with large counter top, large sink, three burner stove, oven, microwave, two door electric/propane refrigerator/freezer, pantry with rollouts, overhead cabinets with glass doors, under sink cabinet with side drawers and storage under the three dinette benches.   We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen complete with cabinets, bar sink and refrigerator.   The unit has a 14 foot motorized awning, pass through illuminated storage and an outdoor shower.  For entertainment, the unit has a large 12v TV built in the wall between the living space and the bedroom which swivels for viewing in either room.  It has a sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers.    The unit has a 13,500 BTU air conditioner ducted through the ceiling and gas ducted furnace both connected to a wall thermostat.  The unit features 50 gallon freshwater, 33 gallon gray water and 33 gallon black water holding tanks.   It has an electric/propane hot water heater, and a 30 amp battery inverter.  The battery is new and the Goodyear trailer tires are 2.5 years old.  The unit has a dry weight of 5100 pounds and a gross vehicle weight of 7500 pounds making the payload capacity 2400 pounds. The hitch weight is 585 pounds and the unit was easily towable with my 5.3L half ton Silverado.    Included with the sale is my Blue Ox Sway Pro weight distribution hitch, Hughes surge protector, sewer line, electrical cords, freshwater hoses, chock-style RV stabilizers, bedding, cookware, silverware, utensils, toaster, coffee pot, 18 straw patio, (2)zero gravity chairs and full propane tanks.  The like new unit has always been kept in covered storage.  Annual maintenance at American RV Evansville included annual wheel bearing service and slide out lubricant/seal treatment.   Roof sealant applied three years ago and I waxed the unit a number of times
