This 2021 Jayco Precept 31UL is the perfect coach for couples or a small family. The coach has plenty of elbow room for two and easily allowed us to include our 3 grandchildren when we visited with them. The children had plenty of room thanks to the drop-down bunk and the dinette bed which are simple to setup and put away. We've made several upgrades to the coach. Many Class A gassers are difficult to drive because trucks push them all over the road. To correct this issue, we traveled to Safe-T-Plus in Georgia. If you're not familiar, this company does nothing else, but improve the safety and handling of Motorhomes. They added a Safe-T-Plus, Koni Shocks, a rear trac bar and radius rods. Now the coach drives with one hand and allows you to stop the trucks from pushing! To also increase our safety, we added a spare tire.

We love the huge residential refrigerator, however when you're stopped and not plugged in, it will drain the factory battery in about 6 hours. We solved that issue by adding a 315AH Lithium battery and 2000-Watt Inverter. Now, overnight stops at Harvest Hosts or parking lots are easy because we have enough battery power to keep the coach operating all night long without running the generator.

Finally, to make setups and departures simple, we added snap pads on our leveling jacks.no more crawling under the coach to place or retrieve leveling blocks.

The coach is stored inside in its own building when not in use. We love the coach, but we are downsizing and going smaller.
