2019 Coachmen Freelander 27QB on a Chevy 4500 chassis with 305HP, 6.0L Vortec engine. The unit has been lightly used (only 6,100 miles), meticulously maintained, and is in excellent condition. The well-designed coach includes a private bedroom with a queen bed (60x80), a large cabover bed (57x95), a dinette that converts into a bed (42x71), and a sofa sleeper bed (43x62). The kitchen space includes a three-burner gas stove and oven with vented hood, a microwave, gas/electric refrigerator/freezer, dual sink, and fold-up counter extension. The dinette seats 4 and the 62 sofa seats 3. Theres a TV and DVD player in the living area. Theres a cable jack input for in an RV park. The dinette benches and overhead cabinets provide an abundance of storage space. The rear bedroom has closet and drawer space on either side of the bed and additional cabinet storage above the bed. Bedroom privacy is achieved with a curtain that separates the bedroom from the hallway bath and another curtain isolates the hallway bath from the kitchen/living area. The hallway bath has a toilet, vanity sink with locking door, cabinet storage (under sink, linen cabinet, and medicine cabinet), and vent/fan. The shower has a 3-piece sliding glass privacy door with a hand-held shower head and skylight dome above that provides 78 of headroom. The coach is equipped with a backup camera, abundance of exterior storage, exterior compartment with TV hookups, exterior propane hose for outdoor grilling, and satellite/cable TV jack. The coach has electric hookup for 240V/30A service and is prepped for solar. Among the many aftermarket upgrades are: two marine batteries for extended coach service, roof mounted vent covers allowing travel open vents, and battery operated lights in the exterior storage areas and under sink storage area. The unit has been well maintained with regular service as well as pre and post trip maintenance and stored indoors during the winters. The original Onan QG 4000 generator has only 180 hrs. The oil has recently been changed for the engine and generator.
