RV is currently setup in Hawaiian Isles in Ruskin FL, just south of Tampa on the inland side of Tampa bay. The spot can be taken over pending a background and credit check (through the park) and kept as a winter home, or moved. Park has many amenities, including; pickle ball courts, horseshoe pits, shuffleboard courts, a large heated pool and hot tub, a fishing pier, a kayak and small boat launch, kayak rental, onsite storage for boats etc and much more.
