RV is currently in SLC/Layton but will be driving it to St George soon
ABOUT THIS RV:
This Dutchmen Class C RV has recently had over $4000 in TLC to the motor and the plumbing. Overall the motor is now in great shape and ready for travel. (We have all receipts). We have used this RV as our Guest house when the family is all in town. Sleeps 6 comfortably but there is definitely room for more if you are the cozy family type. The almost full-size tub makes showering here comfortable and the queen-size bed in the back can be closed off for privacy from the front. The dining table area sleeps 2 (or 3) children and the sofa bed also sleeps 2. The area above the cabin is like a king-size bed and sleeps even more, or it's a nice area to put your extra bedding. This RV is perfect for someone looking for an affordable "tiny" but roomy home on wheels.
PROS:
See All the recent fixes in photos of receipts, plus new front tires. The Lights, Stove, Microwave, Plumbing, Water Heater, Shower, Tub, Toilet all work.
CONS:
1. This winter, a previous roof repair leaked and caused some water damage to the back passenger-side ceiling area (see pics). It’s a great project for someone handy with carpentry. The original damage happened when the RV was driven too close to a tree, and a branch caught the ladder, pulling it off the roof. Although the ladder and roof were repaired, the fix didn’t hold, leading to the leak this winter.
2. I was told the manifold needed to be fixed as well a few years ago, but it hasn't bothered us and I continued to drive the RV as is with no problems
3. When I parked the RV last summer generator worked, but I haven't been able to start it now (maybe needs a fuse, unsure??)
4. Refrigerator doesn't hold temp we have always added an ice block when we use it, makes for a nice cooler.
