Only 65 miles on the odometer, this RV is in great shape and ready to hit the open road. Was hauled to property and then never moved since purchasing it.

The living area has 2 couches that open into beds and 2 recliners, electric fireplace, and a large TV for entertainment on those rainy days. The well-equipped kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave.

There is a small bathroom in-between the living room and bedroom, was only used a couple times.

Comfortable sleeping quarters in the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and lots of storage space in cabinets and a small chest of drawers for your belongings. The spacious master bathroom includes a large shower, double sinks, upgraded toilet, large clothes closet and large separate closet that has hook ups for a washer/dryer.

Has a large awning for shade on sunny days, as well as outdoor speakers for enjoying your favorite music while you relax outside.

I purchased this RV to live in after I sold my home and was working on having another one built. I loved how open it is and how the kitchen is in the back, not in the middle of the trailer. Only asking for what is owed on the loan, not taking any more. Also, have a set of wooden stairs and platform that was made for the trailer that I will sell for the cost it was to make.
