RV Description
This was our home away from home, well maintained and loved!
We modified this 5th wheel to work best for our family of 3 but it can easily fit your needs as the roomy layout is one of the best for this size RV.
In the main living area, we painted the cabinets and walls to give it a brighter/lighter feel. We removed the standard brown furniture and instead had a futon and table on the slide and custom built a dining area with storage cabinet. (The dining table/ cabinet can be easily removed, giving you the freedom to design the living area to your liking).
The kitchen area has more counter space than any RV this size that I have seen! It is perfect for a camping buffet indoors or anyone who likes to have plenty of prep space for meals. There is a large, deep sink and 3 burner standard stove/oven. There is also plenty of cabinets to bring anything that you may need on the road.
The bunk room was modified by removing the upper bunk and installing extra drawers for clothing/toys. There is a full sized foam bed with a small book shelf, built in closet and 3 drawers.
The master bedroom is located in the front of the RV with a queen-size bed, a slide with a closet and drawers, 2 nightstands and built in cabinets on both sides of the bed. The mattress is upgraded foam.
The bathroom is a walk through with a corner shower, sink with extra counter space, medicine cabinet above and built in lower cabinet/shelves, a linen closet and 2 drawers.
On the exterior there is a small outdoor kitchen with a mini fridge and 2 burner cook top. There are 3 large storage compartments that are ready to fit all your things needed for great adventures!
Recent warranty repairs include new roof with decking, front slide mechanism rebuilt, resealing front cap, and more. A detailed list of can be provided.
