I've decided to part ways with my beautiful 2017 Tiffin Phaeton 40QBH. I purchased this RV recently from the original owner in Florida and have been spending the last few months preparing for full time cross country travel in the spring/summer, but life plans have changed and I must sell. This RV is in excellent condition inside and outside and most importantly, only has 10,600 miles, the lowest of any 2017 Tiffin online currently.

It has nearly every available option offered in 2017 including being an all electric coach and AquaHot hydronic heating with heated tile flooring. The original owner kept the RV indoors its whole life when not in use, and I have done the same, in an extra large enclosed storage building with 50 amp service. This RV has the Emerald Spruce full body paint package, which looks incredible in any lighting. The 40QBH floor plan comes with 4 slide outs, 1.5 baths, and sleeping for 4 -- a King Bed in the rear bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa in the front living room.

To prepare for my upcoming travels, I recently installed brand new Michelin tires, brand new house and chassis batteries, had the Cummins engine fully serviced including fuel filters, had the Onan generator fully serviced, had the AquaHot fully serviced and had the roof sealed. Less than 200 miles since Ive had all this done. I am also including a ton of camping supply extras including a Blue Ox tow bar package.
