One owner, we took maybe 10 trips a year in this home away from home and no trips the past year and a half. Well maintained, new tires, new AC in back bed room. BRAND NEW awning motor. All three slide motors have been replaced in the past 2 - 3 years. The living room couch will probably need replacing, although functional it is peeling. Roof has been maintained and is in good shape. We have added a Valtera valve on the sewer dump, the cable operated valves never worked well. Non- smokers.
