New tires, new AC in back bed room. All three slide motors have been replaced in the past 2 - 3 years. The living room couch will probably need replacing, although functional it is peeling. Roof has been maintained and is in good shape. We have added a Valtera valve on the sewer dump, the cable operated valves never worked well. Non- smokers.
