Plenty of storage inside and underneath. Four (4) slide outs and One awning.

RV is capable of sleeping 8. Separate bunkhouse room with three beds and one jackknife couch. Theater seating in the family area with two recliners, electric fireplace with heat, TV and entertainment system with speakers wired inside and out. Second TV in master bedroom and extra TV hookups in Bunkhouse and outside under awning. Full outdoor kitchen with sink, stove, and refrigerator.

Extras include electric upgraded with 2 deep cycle batteries, insulated ductwork, installed additional insulation and pest screening in storage areas and underneath, second AC unit for total of 2 AC units. Equipped with fitted winter cover "Expedition S2 by eevelle with remaining years on pro-rated warrantee.

Hitch weight 1,890 lbs, and length is just under 38 feet long. Two 30 pound propane tanks, with one full bathroom. Electric service supply up to 50 Amps.

We are the second owner and both Non-smokers.

All camping accessories, and necessities can be negotiated in price. I have everything needed to set up at Campground (electrical cords / connectors, hoses, chocks, leveling blocks, sewer connections, water hoses, outdoor camping rugs, RV cleaners and sealers, etc).

We are selling because we purchased a lake house and moving on from RVing.
