RV Description

Well maintained and 100% live-in ready! We bought this awesome 2003 Winnebago Journey 34HD in 2019 and traveled in it for 4 months around Utah-Arizona-California. Half of that time was spent boondocking on BLM land for 1-2 weeks at a time - totallty self-sufficient with solar and generator!!

This is a 35 foot Class A diesel pusher at it's finest. With under 120,000 miles, it's just getting broken in! We've personally put close to 20,000 miles on it. Solid Freightliner chasis with a 330HP Caterpillar diesel engine and a 10 speed (automatic) Allison transmission. Also has a 7.5KW Onan Quiet generator along with 2 solar panels and Xantrex MPPT 60 150 Charge Controller.

Other features include two slide-outs, 40 gallon propane tank, a combo washer/dryer, flatscreen TV's in the living room and bedroom, a pull out sofa, full refrigerator, full propane oven with burners, propane and electric heat, and basement AC with air vents THROUGHOUT the RV (you will freeze). New tires put on in 2018 and ALWAYS covered when not on the road - zero cracking and excellent tread.

As a testament to this RV's "move-in-ready" status, we have operated it as an Airbnb since September 2023. Aptly named "The Western Winnie" located on our ranch, we've gotten overwhelmingly positive reviews by our 60+ guests. If you can imagine, every component of the RV's living space has been thoroughly tested.

In August of 2023 we had significant maintanence done, totalling over $10,000 including:

- Brand new Coleman Mach Basement AC (model 46515-611)

- Brand new Xantrex Freedom 458 Inverter/Charger

- New Slide Covers

- Roof seam and fixtures resealed

- Cab A/C serviced

- Main awning circuit board repaired (works 100%!)

- New Coach batteries (also got new motor batteries in 2024)

- Toilet parts and seals 100% replaced (like new! dometic 510+ ceramic)

Prior to this, we had considerably updated the interior, including painting all walls, replacing valences with curtains, painting all metal fixtures and cabinet handles, replacing faucets. Too many small things to mention, but anything that was in disrepair was replaced.
