My Takeaway:
First off there is no need to ask about condition.  It is as close to new as you will find.  Previous owners stayed in RV for a total of only 4 nights.  It is a great little floor plan with a very comfortable living area and beautiful cabinetry and overall feel.  The bathroom is very spacious as well.  With a total GVWR of only 6,995 lbs you can tow this little trailer with a lot of different vehicles including some SUV's.
