This is a nice unit . We used it for 3yrs and purchased a newer one last fall . I recoated the roof last spring with a good 2 coat process , awning is in great shape. Tires are in really good shape . unit has good air , electric or gas fridge and water heater tv in bedroom and bunk house with dvd .and in main living . Lots of storage front and back .
