RV Description

We purchased this 2022 Omni RS36 brand new in October of 2023. Sadly, with our kids getting more involved in school and activities our time for RVing needs to pause and we are getting ready to pass our beloved OMNI on to new owners and new adventures. You can view the sales sheet and see pictures and videos of this exact Omni here:

Please note all of the tabs where you can view the floorpan, watch videos and see all of the options. On top of all the listed options, we added the Wilderness Edition package to the Omni at purchase. This was a $10,000 upgrade in order to be able to dry camp/boondock. This get-off-the-grid Wilderness Edition package included: 830 Watts of Advanced Circuitry Solar Panels, High Efficiency Lifeline AGM Batteries, Upgraded Solar Controller System, and Wilderness Edition Graphics. There is still over a year and a half left on the Ford 3 year/36,000-mile full warranty and over 3 years left on the 5 year/60,000-mile powertrain warranty. As you can see from the pictures and video, we have taken immaculate care of our OMNI and it is in almost new condition. Everything works perfectly, no issues at all. Mileage is currently 19,632 but it will be increasing slightly as we use it before selling. Generator is currently at only 42.5 hours. We have done multiple oil changes on schedule and the roof was re-sealed by Camping World last summer ($1500). Currently, we are in Florida but we will be driving north to St. Louis, MO in the coming weeks. Delivery anywhere in the county could be negotiated.

Why we chose the 2022 Omni RS36:

We were planning on buying a Class A or C motorhome but once we stepped into this OMNI RS36 Super C we immediately fell in love. The floorpan is incredible: very spacious, lots of light with the panoramic skylight (one of the reasons we wanted a Class A vs C was for the openness of the front window and the OMNI is the best of both worlds), tons of interior storage and the bunk bed layout was perfect for our family.

We went with the 2022 model year vs the 2023 or 2024 (that were available at the time we purchased) because the 2022 model year offered the largest Bunk Over Cab Sleeping Area on the market at 59 X 80. Starting in 2023 model year of the OMNI, you lose 7 of sleeping space as the Bunk-Over Cab sleeping area shrinks to only 52x80. There are no other major changes to the OMNI RS36 through the 2025 model year, so in our opinion the 2022 model is the best OMNI RS36 ever produced.

Driving the OMNI is so much easier than any of the Class A or C motorhomes that we tested. We have been told by a lot of people that it is in fact the best driving motorhome on the market today. Sometimes I forget that there is essentially a house behind me going down the road, it feels and handles like a pick up truck. With the F600 Power Stroke® 4x4 Turbo Diesel V8 Engine, steep inclines feel like nothing at all and the engine brakes make descending safe and comfortable. We did not tow anything but the towing capacity is a whopping 12,000 lb.

We loved the 4x4 option in case we ran into any snow or ice (luckily we did not). It would also be very beneficial if you wanted to do any beachfront camping. We did consider a similar Class C with the gas engine and I am very thankful we decided to go with the 4x4 Diesel option; much nicer to drive, safer and way more reliable.

Initially I was not excited about the 2 Burner Gas Range w/ Single Induction Cooktop; I was used to cooking only with gas and thought that would be the way to go in a RV. Surprisingly, the Induction Cooktop may now be my favorite feature of the OMNI. The Induction Cooktop heats food and boils water much quicker and more precisely than gas, it does not use costly propane and it doesnt heat up the interior of the motorhome like the gas flame does (key in hot weather). I dont think we will be able to go back to a gas-only cooktop in our next RV. We used the Induction almost exclusively when cooking inside, unless we did not have hook-ups.

The Theater Seating is incredibly comfortable with the incliners and leg rests. It is a MUCH more comfortable seat than the optional sofa version. Plus the Theater Seating offers drink holders which we loved and the sofa version does not. The residential refrigerator and huge pantry storage were able to handle our $1000+ Costco food shops. The outdoor kitchen and quick connect propane hookup for our Blackstone cooktop kept us in the great outdoors almost every meal. It really is the perfect family RV for getting off the grid and getting into the wilderness. Please note the bunks can also be easily converted to a large closet with hanging rod so it could be the perfect RV for a couple or those without kids as well.

We are including our Alta Rack Superior OCHO 7 Pack bike rack with purchase. This is a $2000 bike rack with an eight bike carrying capacity. You can see all of the details here:

Given the amazing condition, low miles, $292,658 MSRP and the over $12,000 in upgrades (Wilderness Edition Package and Alta Bike Rack) the $169,999 is priced for a quick sale. We will not be accepting over the phone or web offers, the price is firm, thank you. I am happy to answer any questions but please only contact us if you have the ability to pay this price. Much appreciated.
