The 2020 Heartland Milestone 370FLMB is perfect for families or couples looking for a comfortable living space. With a length of 44 feet and 5 slides, this fifth wheel offers plenty of room for living and entertaining.

The front living area seats the whole family with two recliners and two pull out couches, along with a large TV for cozy nights in. Built in storage provides a great place to store blankets, games, and extra items. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kitchen table, pantry, and an island for meal prep. Kitchen table currently has stackeable stools for sitting but original chairs are available too. The 370FLMB floorplan includes a front living room that is adjacent to the kitchen.

The bedroom is a relaxing retreat with a comfortable king-sized bed with a PURPLE mattress that provides a wonderful night's sleep. The master bedroom has plenty of storage and its location in the rear of the unit provides a nice oasis away from the main living area. The bathroom includes a spacious shower with upgraded handset, vanity with upgraded faucet, and toilet. The mid-bunk area provides two bunk beds, along with a closet that contains the washer/dryer hookups. Over this area is an additional space that currently contains a queen mattress, but can be used for storage if needed.

Sleeping arrangements in this 5th wheel consist of a king PURPLE mattress in the master, a queen overhead bunk that allows for one adult or two children, two bunk beds, and two pull out couches in the living room. This is a great space for a family to spread out and still enjoy their time together.

This fifth wheel has a power awning, exterior lights, exterior speakers, and plenty of storage for all your gear. The unit also has a backup camera installed and auto-level, as well as two A/C units. New heavy duty tires were installed in 2023 and have tire sensors to monitor pressure and heat while traveling. Two full sized propane tanks allow for plenty of time between refills.

This 5th wheel has been used a couple of times a month during the summer season for the last three years, with an occasional week-long trip thrown in. Super clean and ready for its next adventure!
