This RV has been well loved over the past 5 years, with us as the sole owners. We've taken excellent care of it, including installing a solar panel, backup/side cameras. Just replaced the brakes on all three axles, batteries, and had the wheel bearings inspected and regreased. If you have additional friends or family staying with you, the 2 bathrooms come in handy. We have had 8 people spend the weekend in the desert, and there was plenty of space and beds for everyone. Even with everyone taking showers, the water never ran out. We are selling this trailer only because we're upgrading to a Class A. The 16' enclosed garage is a great place for the kids to hang out for the night and can easily accommodate our 4-seater RZR and 3 motorbikes, or our 4-seater RZR, 2 motorbikes, and a 70cc quad. We are also planning to sell our Ram 3500 Dually, which is pictured with the toy hauler. However, we need to sell the trailer first or both the trailer and the truck together.
