Our 2022 Grand Design Momentum 349M-R is a luxurious fifth wheel trailer perfect for those looking for a spacious and well-equipped RV experience. With only 10,000 miles travelled, this vehicle is ready to hit the road for family adventures for years to come! This particular model offers all the standard top-of-the-line features (you can review here on Grand Design's website - specs are similar to the new model 344M). This includes the Rockford Fosgate stereo system inside and out, Samsung residential 18-cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, Furrion microwave, range, and oven. The sitting area has 4 Thomas Payne recliners with 2 of them heated with massage function. The Onan 5.5kw generator has been used sparingly, but provides significant flexibility for all ranges of camping.We have made several aftermarket upgrades that will ensure to make your camping experience truly magnificient.Starting in the master bedroom, the mattress has been upgraded to a Wilderness RV Montana Hybrid with a plush pillow top. It has always been protected with a mattress protector, so it is just like new. The main bathroom fan was upgraded to a Maxx Air fan with rain sensor lid and remote. There is plenty of whisper-quiet ventilation for steamy hot days at the lake or for moisture control from a nice hot shower.The loft bed in the kitchen has been converted to a storage area complete with a sliding door to ensure nothing falls out during transport.The 11 foot garage has washer/dryer hookups ready for all your cleaning needs. There is also a rear bathroom for the kids so you can have at least some privacy up front.There is a 3-stage water filter compatible with the Clearsource Ultra water filters easily available online. Coupled with the On The Go Double Standard Water Softener, there isn't better water anywhere in the campground!Both doors have keyless RV Lock door handles installed with key fobs and keys. Mechanically, this RV has even more upgrades to ensure drama-free trips! There is a Morryde Rubber pinbox to reduce chucking. This pairs nicely with our air-bag Hensley Trailsaver Fifth Wheel hitch and virtually eliminates all bouncing and chucking and potential frame damage to the coach. (If interested, this hitch is available free at no extra charge. I have it set up for a Ram but also have Ford plates available.) All of the lug nuts have been replaced with chrome solid steel extended lugs for security and ease of torquing.Perhaps most importantly, the suspension has been replaced with the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Slipper Springs with 8K slipper springs. With the pinbox and hitch upgrades, this suspension eliminated all white-knuckle experiences on bad roads or in heavy traffic. By far the best thing we ever did to this camper.This RV is ready for full time or weekend camping. We are selling due to lifestyle changes. Otherwise, we'd pull this thing around forever!
