Very clean and excellent condition (all systems go) 2022 Winnebago REVEL 44E Mercedes camper van / class B RV with 36,050 miles. Title is clear and ready to go. Still has significant extended warranty coverage through AGWS / Compass RV Protection policy which is transferable to new owner. Single / original owner who used it gently and respectfully on a couple cross country road trips, so mostly highway miles. Mostly stock but a few removable upgrades that would be sweet for the right buyer notably a professionally crafted slide out table / bench / desk / storage module with the additions of toaster oven and microwave, all under the bed (easily removed for stock garage). See pics. These were added for remote work / school / eating healthy purposes. Also added a WeBoost cell signal booster, and a few other little upgrade things, e.g. exterior paint protection treatment. Documentation of routine maintenance and minor systems warranty repairs (e.g. awning motor) available, as well as original manuals etc.Tire tread is excellent, but they do have some cupping which is noticeable at highway speeds (forgot to rotate), could facilitate new tires for next owner and/or this is reflected in pricing.
