Take a look a our 2016 Class A motorhome. If you're worried about the amount of miles, you'd be happy to know that last March I put in a brand new engine. The new engine has less the 20k and has worked flawlessly! In the last year, here are some of the repairs I have had done:

* BRAND NEW ENGINE!!! Ford Titan V-10 ($20k). The RV has driven 19k miles since the engine repair and has been absolutely perfect mechanically.

* New Brakes. ($2.5k) There are less than 10k miles on the brakes.

* New Tires ($2k).

* New Shocks ($1.8k)

* New Ignition Coils ($1.8k)

* Added Solar Panels ($1.6k)

* New Stereo/Side Cams/Back Up Cam ($500)

* Lots of other cosmetic things including new curtains and replaced the TV's, ect.

We've put almost 30k into the RV in the last year. The upgrades/repairs I've made (particularly the new Ford v10 Triton engine), should give this RV an extra 10 years of good life. There are a couple sensors that aren't working. The blower fan for the AC is starting to go out. There are a handful of dings and scratches on the outside. No dents or anything major- just small marks here and there. Some of the leather upholstery inside is wearing off and peeling and the electric water heater is a little finicky. The propane water heater works amazing.This has been an amazing RV. Our family recently purchased a newer Class C and don't have a need for this RV anymore. It has the bunks. It has a drop down queen bed over the cab which is rare for Class A motorhomes. It has an outdoor shower. And reliable propane fridge and stove. It sleeps 10 super easily with a jackknife sofa and dinette that converts into a bed. I'm listing this for the exact Nada Guide value for "Low Retail." And that is with essentially a brand new engine. Im doing so in hopes of selling this quickly so I can put money into some other business ventures.
