2013 Jayco Pinnacle 35 LKTS 40’ Parking only.

No trades or financing, sorry.

Just finished updating with a modern wood style vinyl floor in the stairway, bathroom, hallway and bedroom. I also just repainted the front with elastomeric waterproofing & sun reflecting paint to help keep the RV cool like I did on the roof 2 years ago. It has the climate shield insulation system so it doesn't take much electricity to keep at temperature. It has the electric fireplace heater. I put in over 3K$ in materials in the last month. New custom closet with full length mirror doors.

Very high ceilings. Living room is sloped upwards from 7'11 to over 11' high at it's peak in the kitchen.

Normally this 35 LKTS model sells around 30-40K$. Asking much less since mine is only for parking or export. Lots of windows. 40' long, 13' high, 3 slide outs.

A lot of other RVs smelled damp and moldy when I visited them. Highly recommend you actually go visit before buying one!

Not for camping or travel. Perfect to live in. I lived in it for a year but it's too big for Miami Dade zoning/ 40' long x 13' high. Dade max is 30' x 10 high.
