The sofa turns into a pull out full size bed, and the dinette can convert into a bed as well for a max of sleeping for 6. The kitchen has a microwave, 3 burner stove and oven, hood vent for stove top, a large stainless sink with pull out faucet, Large 10.7 total cu ft 12v fridge and freezer, and ample storage space for all your cooking essentials. A wireless temp gauge has been added to the fridge and freezer to always monitor for food safety. The living area features a couch, fireplace/space heater, and a flat-screen GoogleTV with ROKU soundbar for the TV, and a Furrion built in bluetooth Soundbar for music that is also connected to speakers outside. All of which are perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.The master bedroom includes a memory foam topper on a king size bed, while the bunkhouse provides additional sleeping space for guests or children. The master bedroom also has an added ROKU TV on a swivel mount to enjoy TV in bed away from the kids. The bathroom is located in the rear and complete with a shower, porcelain toilet, and sink for added convenience.Outside, the Forest River East to West 2800KBH is equipped with a power awning that has controls on the inside and in the outside storage area, the outdoor kitchen features a single burner blackstone style griddle that has never been used and a small fridge for your frosty beverages. The exterior speakers and bluetooth controlled via the soundbar for enjoying the great outdoors in style. As an added bonus, I will throw in the Blue Ox Sway Pro weight distribution hitch along with a 30 amp / 3600 watt WEN generator to run one of the ACs while dry camping. This trailer is a 50 amp system that has a main furrion 15000 BTU AC unit that is vented throughout the trailer and a second Furrion 13500 BTU AC unit that pushes directly into the master bedroom. This allows the camper to stay plenty cold well into the 100+ degree temperatures. The camper also features an on demand water heater and both the water and the AC have digital controls on the wall for precise comfort.The trailer has a dry weight of 7400 lbs and a tongue weight of approximately 800 lbs. There are two 30 gallon grey tanks, a 53 gallon fresh water tank, and one 30 gallon black tank (with exterior black tank flush). I am the original owner and it was purchased new in June of 2024. We are selling due to just not using it enough to justify the payments. There is a loan on it and the listing price is what we owe on it.
